For 25 years, Patrice Williams was hired for what she calls the numbers challenge. Her faith and her life as a military spouse kept her focused on the people behind those numbers, so she never stopped finding ways to work for the human challenge.
In late 2024, a new role made that impossible. She prepared to pivot, as she had so many times before, and realized another pivot would only put her back in the same cycle. So instead, she decided to pause and build something that treats people as the point.
TLPHC is a holding company that invests in projects designed to create access and expand opportunity for people, whether through the careers they want to build or the businesses they choose to run.
